CADREC is accesible via public transportation.

In this program, clients are referred by the Department of Human Services through the Signal Network for out-patient services such as abstinence monitoring (UAs, BACs). The sessions consists of individual and group therapy focusing on cognitive-behavioral approaches to relapse prevention.
